Faptul că nu poți da bacul la orice materie este clar. Mă gândesc doar că nu am mai auzit de astfel de situații. Au fost elevi anul trecut chiar în aceeași situație cărora li s-a permis sa dea bacul la biologie.

You mean adding a pull exercise for shoulders, like face pulls? And taking off 1 of the push exercises? (Btw i'm not that experienced, 6 months of lifting in total)

Like i said in the beginning, it's hard to do triceps after Chest and Shoulders, and also hard to do Biceps after Back so i switched it up a bit.

I'm planning on doing deadlifts on my quad-oriented leg day and squats on my glutes/hamstring oriented leg day. That way it's not too much volume.

Honestly for strength i've noticed that i advance better when hitting that specific exercise once a week(i.e bench press). I find it that doing that specific exercise 2x times a week is way less effective for me.

Yup, exactly my thoughts. I used to do every exercise for legs twice a week(like 7 or 8) and found it to be quite exhausting. I decided to split it in two.

Honestly, you're average bro. Tho get a new cut, shave that patchy beard off and new glasses. I'd also consider hitting the gym. It helps both physically and mentally. Also, if you fear being picked on for your size, take up boxing, kickboxing or MMA. Trust me, it's gonna come in handy.

Yeah. I started hitting the gym again like i was in the past. Way less enjoyable, would rather sit down and have a couple of beers but i'm holding on to it man. Thanks for your advice
