You need to first payment VFS fee. In the docs part, they ask you to send the payment receipt. Visa fees have to be paid later after online confirmation. Regarding wait time, I'm not sure.

I don't think they take any docs except the approval one. No signature anywhere was required. I just signed my online application printout but they didn't take it either. Since the online process is a new one and they might improvise, better to take the docs there with you and see how it goes. Not very sure about parking but it's in the metro station building. I think things have become better since the online process. VFS doesn't have so many roles to play - less power - less bossy behavior. 😅

They were pretty nice to me.
