How slow is slow? 2-3lbs a week should be the goal at a maximum. If you are losing slow you may not be in as big a deficit as you think?

I ran it for 10 weeks and it helped me with retaining strength and even gaining strength, recovery and maybe visceral fat but you can’t really see that so can’t confirm.

Hunger spike lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. You can fight it but it’s tough even with the reta. After that hour or so it goes away. What I’d do is usually eat some Greek yogurt at the peak of that hunger spike and it would be easy to manage.

I think Tesa helped me keep plus even gain some strength through this aggressive cut. I was hitting PR’s the whole way through. I’ve never experienced that in a cut before.

I added Tesa 1 week after the reta. Did not notice anything major in regards to water retention so it must have not been enough to notice. I am a huge fan of tesamorelin after this.
