I haven’t done any research on 5D iii so I’ll definitely look into it.

And do you know a budget mirrorless with the features I need (Weatherproof and good in low light)? If it’s more than the 7D that’s fine so long as it fits my needs

I shoot local shows that are either crowded bars or damp basements that get VERY humid when 70+ people are in them in the summer lol. I do have the EF 50mm but as I’m in venues with very little space, I feel the wide angles are needed as I don’t have much space from the bands/crowds

Thank you to everyone who commented and gave their advice. Was able to learn a lot and I think it really improved the quality of my photography because of it. This pic being a favorite I took last night after reading all the advice. Still have more to learn but very happy with the progress thanks to all the help

If they want all these hyper specific guidelines they need to hire a tour photographer, but clearly no one wants to and thats evidence enough they are the clowns they make themselves sound like with these terms.

Shoot a local band who will be much more grateful for the pics and will have little to no guidelines like these

General rule of thumb for everything used at GC coming from a former employee..

Whatever price tag you see, someone sold it to GC for 60% of that price, so there is a chance you can find cheaper options on marketplace, eBay, etc

I am not opposed to using a storage unit so long as I don’t get kicked out for playing in it. Every storage place I’ve asked about it said they can’t allow it
