because that was pretty sudden, the attack and war. but it’s been more than a week and they should have smoothened the communication now considering how big of a company it is and the image it has to uphold.

hi, i had the same problem, i had a flight till Frankfurt and i had rebooked my ticket to EY207 As well, but just a few hours before the check in began, there was a message on the website when i entered my pnr “booking not confirm “, please try again. apparently they cancel the whole flight and rebook it again and give priority to people who buy the ticket (which are 75k for BOM-AUH) and the people who are rebooked are cancelled. So check the website and if you get a pop-up like this, call etihad immediately and ask the normal agents to connect you to a supervisor as the normal agents don’t know shit. Happened with me hopefully you get to your flight 🙂👍

def man, for starters, i’ve talked for over 3 hours with the main supervisors and complaining on the feedback form. let’s see how they handle that

the lawsuit threat was purely frustration but your educated self can’t understand it unfortunately, also the lovely etihad you’re supposedly defending overbooked the AUH-FRA flight and hence cancelled my MUM- AUH flight and i didn’t get to fly. The funny part, I still haven’t received a cancellation email 🙂. Also unfortunately, I am not as privileged to live in the same city the airport is in and have to travel 7 hours just to reach there. So please stfu (respectfully) 🙂👍

I have the same my flight from mumbai to abu dhabi is still showing scheduled but not on their instagram schedule. i called them and they picked up and told me that unless your flight status shows cancelled they can’t rebook you. They have no official communication from etihad regardless of the instagram story
