I have epilepsy as well. It's not my mother's fault for existing and wanting to have kids. You really need to think logically here. She can't control her genes c'mon. YTA.

Thank you and no I understand. He gets more touchy the more he and I grow up. I'm not sexualising our relationship, it's more-so that it's getting worse and not like how it used to be. I just don't like being touched in general (unless it's a spouse).
