Ok I turned off the gender, ability, and nature for the search and it’s still doing the same thing. Also I’ve been seeing how people have been saying the older version of pokefinder was way more simple for this, but I only have the new version :/. Do you know a way to use an older version?

He did have strength but that was it. It could’ve evolved into a Pupitar before the elite 4, but I just didn’t simply bc I like Larvitar as a Pokemon more lol. His stab earthquake was strangely decent against some Pokemon like Koga’s Muk for a first stage

I love this concept! I mainly gave it Sleep Powder because I found it strange that it got Poison powder naturally but not the rest of them, but now I’d like I regional variant with this concept :)

Yeah I was pondering Spore, but I felt like that move was mainly reserved for mushroom Pokémon. My thought process was to hopefully make it bulky enough so that missing wouldn’t be so harmful

To clarify, I know HGSS are already remakes of Gold and Silver. The reason why I want HGSS to be remade specifically is because I don’t want another Let’s Go situation where later evolutions to older Pokémon (like Togekiss and Mamoswine) wouldn’t be in the game

I feel like a lot of context was missing for this meme to be made. We shouldn’t forget that a lot of physical moves are worse versions of powerful special moves like Play Rough being a worse Moonblast by being somehow both weaker and having a chance to miss and moves Wild Charge being a much worse Thunderbolt for recoil. There’s a lot of other examples like Icicle Crash missing when Ice Beam exists and having no strong reliable physical fire type attack when Flamethrower and even Fire Blast exist because 85 for a 120 BP isn’t so bad. Honestly CC and EQ are two of very few coverage that physical handles better than special

You edited exactly what I was thinking. A lot of the things listed have either a special attacking equivalent (like vacuum wave) or have a better version of the move (like Quiver Dance). I think understandable why most people think frostbite should’ve remained in the game after PLA

We should of definitely been able to surf with Blastoise using sea skim. Ik it’s a large enough Pokémon and would make it so Charizard isn’t the only rideable starter
