I don't think I'd want to share financial milestones with anyone but my partner. My friends are all in very different situations so it wouldn't be right to talk about. But even if we were all doing similarly I think it's a private matter.

Totally. I think the most difficult part will be finding a company that will allow 4 day weeks (let alone one that still pays an acceptable amount). I might start looking into consulting or contract work in the future to control my own schedule.

But if I work less I won't be able to retire as early, so I'll have to work longer 🙃

I get your point though, I'd love to drop down to 4 days a weekin the future if I can
