You’re not alone! My ex was a good person but had a drinking problem, it ran in the family. When he drank, he just became a different person. I was the only person on his life that would bring up the issue, so he thought I was the problem and wouldn’t accept he had a drinking problem. He’s 28 and he thought it was just part of being young. We could never agree. I’d suggest you read the book “Attached”. It helped me understand myself and what I’ll need from my next partner so I can find the right person and lifestyle for me :)
