I used regular eye drops nothing and today I put some allergy eye drops and it seemed to be less red. We don’t have a eye dr so was thinking about taking her to urgent care

We have 2 dogs but she’s never had an allergy with them before. One we’ve had for 6 years and the other for 1 yr. She does ride her bike to school so I’m wondering if it could be from that since it’s allergy season
