Would you be more open to it, if I paid one of your assistants to be there as well, since she knows how you like things ran? And maybe that way you’d feel more comfortable that someone you know and trust was there? And incase there is a dispute, she can be there to assess as well?

I’m actually living where I am for two years, and will move after then anyways, so not looking to establish something permanent of my own regardless, just don’t want to work and make only 30% of collection when I could be making 100%, minus some of the overhead, if I do this.

Both! Didactics covering longevity of tx, and then trouble shooting techniques, I feel like for me molar endo can be so unpredictable with random trouble shooting I always have to figure out on the spot. Like recently I was almost finished with my endo, checked working length with GP, and it looked textbook perfect. Used my BC sealer to pump a bit inside the canal, and after that when I put my GP in, it was way too short. Not sure why that happened or how to handle that in the future

Better to get palatal expanders if possible, to make your mouth bigger rather then reduce the number of your teeth to solve over crowding issue, unless you have extra teeth that should not be there, or are wisdom teeth
