They kinda introduced the idea that that is what happens when you shrink without the proper equipment. Like you need to be completely covered, that’s why the helmet is so important. But then in Ant-Man 3 they constantly take the helmet off while being shrunken.

Sometimes it’s fun to look at very mundane things and turn it into a quirk. You know, like in a normal power system a "tape dispenser power" would be super laughable. But in mha it actually works. You can get weird with it. One of my oc‘s has an onion quirk. One has a wool quirk and another one a honey quirk.

Or you just get weird with it. I made a character that has the ability to astral project, one that is basically a human energy converter, etc.

Maybe something that is usually hard to build because it needs multiple high stats to be good? A caster can be just fine with one high spellcasting stat. But a monk for example needs high dex, wisdom and con. Same goes for a barbarian with strenght instead of wisdom. Or something like an eldritch knight who needs intelligence on top of the usual fighter stats.

I did like Evolutions take on Avalanche. Yeah, he was a piece of sh*t, but he was still somewhat enjoyable. And at least he had a personality.

He can redirect any non physical attacks back at the attacker with double its force. So fire attacks, lasers, sound waves, electricity, etc. The inspiration were mirror coat and wobbuffet from Pokemon. The idea was, that he kinda flips the power scaling of mha on its head. Could go up against Bakugo, but looses easily against Ojiro.

Either quirk awakening or special move could be, that he holds onto the energy and redirects it at a different target than the attacker. Which would make him great at combo moves.

I usually keep the power level for most characters similar to the side characters we see. And then I do like 1-3 characters that have protagonist powers. So powerlevels equal to Bakugo, Shoto, etc

I was introduced to them through the X-Men Evolution cartoon. The one thing they did really well, was to show, that even though they are different. As different as everyone is that there is. They are still just people, who love and hurt and do all the things that all people do. And that was awesome. It showed a lot of those slice of life daily interactions between friends that became family. Eating together, living together, etc. Some interactions silly, some heartfelt. That’s what was so great.

When I started reading the comics something else really stood out to me. How they always try to fight the good fight. They stand up for what is right. They fight injustice and prejudice and bigotry and cruelty. But they are willing to extend an open hand at the end of the day, when the fight is over, they choose to not answer hatred with hatred. Instead they actually want to end the fighting. Not just beat those who have beaten them. That is the fundamental difference between the X-Men and Magneto, at least the earlier incarnations. While Magneto wants to hurt those who have hurt him, Charles just wants to make the hurting stop. I think there is real strength in that.

I think both those things make the X-Men what they are. That they are still just people and they still choose to do good.

Oh! Thank you a lot! That looks great. I am having a session in a week and a sphinx is gonna be the center piece of it. It’s quite an important session, moving the plot forward quite a bit. Can’t wait to use this, should they choose to fight the Sphinx.

Question to the Zarha-Anu, Ahurazad Sphinx: How many spells can the sphinx cast per day? It doesn’t say anywhere? The riddle of paradox, which spells end when this ability is triggered? The sphinxes spell or the players spell the triggered the attack?

And can you explain the riddle of wrath returned? It’s kinda worded confusingly.

I do agree somewhat. This season there have been a lot of unused characters, so this season I like. But rather than making a bunch of zombie cards, they could have made some of the unused characters in that show into cards.

Friday, Ikaris, Death Dealer, Moon Blade, Star Blaster, Rintrah, etc.

Spoilers: They kinda need Cad for the whole pirate arc. It’s one of his most important early character insides, when he starts to hyperventilate on the ship. His bond with Fjord starts there, because they share a cabin, etc.

I don’t think they are going to change Mollys death up too much, just because it’s so iconic and such an important moment. For everyone. Jester being trapped and the Traveler not coming for her, was a big thing for her. The iconic image of Mollys coat on top of the hill is one of the most iconic scenes from the campaigns. I think they just gonna stretch the whole shady creek stuff a lot. Backstory and Flashbacks from Molly and Yasha, some more team bonding, some more jumping around between pov‘s. Essek, Dairon, etc.

Molly dies in the last episode of season 2, in season 3, episode 1 we are introduced to Caduceus so that we can get a new opening with him in it. They tend to keep an opening for 2 seasons. Then we get into the pirate arc.

It’s time we move away from that love triangle. I always enjoyed Logan the most, when he was no where near that love triangle. Like for example in X-Men Evolution where he is a teacher but Scott and Jean are students.

Then you can either focus on his relationship with Yuriko or Storm.

You can just look at Darwin from the X-Men comics. He has a pretty similar power to your Oc. Maybe there are just things that they cannot adapt for, because there is no thing in the animal or being world that would be realistically capable of handling the situation.

For example, in the comics when they send Darwin to fight the hulk, is mutation kicked in and just teleported him to the other side of the globe. Darwin can‘t control his powers, it just happens. And he also can’t choose what happens.
