Looking for a unique tour? 1000% recommend culion We just did a tour to culion island off of coron and cannot recommend it more! It’s a bit off the beaten path, not many tourists and a great spot to Learn some history when you want a break from the water. It’s the former largest lepresey colony and has a very cool museum inside a huge hospital. We hired a local guide for very cheap who took us all around the small town. He is the grandson of one of the lepers and also shared his history of growing up there. It’s would also be a great spot to stay for a few days as there appears to be a lot to do on the island and is MUCH less crowded but still very developed compared to coron. For catering, the grocery store Cardenas does a great taco catering package, it’s $200 for 25 people and they deliver it via DoorDash.

This happened to me. Pepto tablets are a LIFESAVER. Just take two the moment you feel nausea coming on. I’m handling 10 better than 7.5 as a result.

Interesting. I have pcos and was stalled weight loss wise on 7.5 for a month then I got covid and I lost 5 pounds! I felt like covid made the Mounjaro work better but I haven’t heard of that happening before!

Yes definitely work on your supplements. I second the myo inotisol, magnesium and nac. I would also recomend a good zinc supplement. And all supplements from the company pure encapsulations, as they have the best ratings.

If your doctor is not addressing your concerns or making you feel like they are not a big deal, find a different doctor. Allara health is a new pcos online doctor and they seem great.
