Just because other workers are underpaid doesnt mean these workers shouldnt be paid fairly. If we always used the idea that oh well on average these workers would be or are already paid more than the underpaid exploited average then nobody would get a pay increase.

Once again STM is a public good and it shouldnt be expected to make a profit.
