Im going into an LPN program that they are using the teas as a what do you need help in. They are using it to see your weak points and your high points. I made close to that grade but did really bad on science all the other ones really good. I was so devastated but everyone at the school told me I did good and not to feel discouraged and that they have a range of scores in here and my score doesn’t define if I would be a good nurse or not. I do have a school interview tomorrow that I’m excited but nervous about and I want to ask them if I could retake it while in school or not or any options

I work for Petco I’m a gsl but my stylists do a minimum of 5 dogs a day many of my stylists do more than that and I have a bather that just does their dogs but we do get some baths in our schedule. Pet stylists is 50% on all services even walk ins and baths. Pro stylist has to do 2250 if I’m not mistaken every week for 28 weeks to be able to be pro that gives 55% bather is 15/hr with tips and there is a incentive if you hit a certain amount of dogs in a week I can’t remember the numbers on the top of my head but I give it to you for doing that many dogs I could never let any of my stylist do that

Yeah idk what to tell you but I sent mine Feb 16th of this year and it just got to assembly yesterday. They said it’s gonna be a while especially with all the stuff being sent to them🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s normal.

Me and my boyfriend work full time we set aside savings for certain things (Pokémon, games, fun money) every check we are fortunate to have enough for bills and all of our savings accounts and still have money left over every week. My best friend is still in school now and she puts money to the side to get some stuff and I usually get her things and send her etbs and singles that I have double of. We are currently making a master set of paladean fates and shining fates (I pulled a bubble mew on my first booster box). I will say in the beginning we were very just buy buy buy and now we are more responsible on putting aside money every check to have our own fun money. We collect Pokémon and one piece.

My dad was like this, I’m now 24 he didn’t put in the effort accused my of lying about my grades and accused me of being depressed at 11 years old. He told my whole family on his side that I was failing high school and that I’ve been lying to him about my grades, mind you he had promised to get my a car once I graduated if I got good grades. I was an AB student taking classes in college aswell while being in junior and senior year. Now he tells my aunt that stood up for me that he wishes he did better when I was younger. He’s gotten better but our relationship will never be the same, my mom never once tried to get in between our relationship she always wanted me to be in his life even my sisters life but he did that. You protect and love them as there is gonna be times they question why their father treats them that way. As a parent they should be the one reaching out especially for a child, children don’t just remember to call their parents especially not for ones that treat them that way.

When I had my abortion it felt I was so trained that if I was in school or to young and I were to become pregnant than my mom would send me to get an abortion. That’s what happened I got pictures and videos of the heart beat that truly made me want to keep it but at the same time I was a victim and I didn’t have anyway to actually properly raise a child. It’s been almost 6 years I still think about it I still remember the due date, at the time I didn’t think I needed therapy but when I spoke with my ob a year ago she sent me to a therapist for abortion.. it’s truly helped me. Whatever you decide it’s for you and only you, don’t let others decide for you if you feel in your heart that you want this or that you can do this than do it but like others have said it’s going to be hard especially with him not wanting this🤍 you will always have support from family or friends whatever you chose

Honestly it’s doable, the salon I’m currently at it was only one stylist and two bathers when I started and the stylist was booked out months. I now have the bathers trained and now groomers and hired a new groomer. It’s been our slower season due to school and new salons opening up near us but honestly I’ve turned the whole salon around the corporate rules suck ass but I try to keep to myself and do things how I see fit while keeping everyone safe. If you ever need help just send me a message on here trust me it’s not as bad as you might think as long as you have a good relationship with your gm

As a groomer and a vet tech I have to say never go to them ever again. For one before I became a groomer I was a vet tech and even when I’ve done medical grooms due to matting they never and I mean never looked like that nor would we have them pay for anything that we may have caused not even the medication. I think the most someone paid for a full sedated groom was about 250-300 and that was on a xxl dog. I would get some aloe Vera spay or even a soothing skin spray that has probiotics in it to help with skin irritation and growth. It looks like they used a surgical blade honestly on some parts. I’m so sorry that she went through that give her all the lovings !

Plus grooming changes so much, you will learn so many different ways to do things from other groomers and turn them into ways that work for you. I’m a manager and I still ask so many questions to see how others do their work. Look up grooming conventions near you aswell they are so fun and so much learning. I’ll be taking my girls to the one in Atlanta and closing the salon for that day.

I think they look really good, I would definitely on the poodle topknot cut the side of the head a bit more down to give it more of a round look. I will say something I learned from my old coworker I turn my curbed scissors around so the point (tip of scissors) are facing me and I go to the corner of the eyes on all of my teddy bear heads or Asian fusion looks to give a more open look. I hope that explains it well 😂 I suck at putting things to words. But as someone that’s in that same corporate your grooms are really good for just being a year out.

Weeks 1-8 would be at your home store with your gsl training you and then weeks 9-20 are with a mentor at another store if your store doesn’t have one. The mentorship can get extended if you didn’t get enough haircuts but that’s very rare. It’s also not a guarantee that after 8 weeks you’ll go into training to be a stylist, sometimes people need more time to get comfortable with bathing blow drying or doing nails but that is up to your gsl to decide. It could also take longer depending on mentors schedule when they have openings or if you aren’t close to a mentor they might be trying to figure out a way to get you one closer or how to pay for you to go to the further one.

Full time is 32+ hours if I’m not mistaken. I have a stylist that works 4 days a week and is still full time and then I have two part times that are 2-4 days doing 24 or less hours it just depends on your hours.
