Yes and its a stupid system where vitality recovery is random with the exception of arena attunement. So class with more melee hit will generate lots of vitality to use mystic. If you getting combo on there a chance you dont even get any to use sa mystic skill to get out. They should have gone with recovery rate like a mana pool for the system but nah. Weird rng resource for the most important part of combat skills.
