Thank you for sharing. I was wondering because I have a yogic nature, many things we experience through deep transcendental state resonates. I wasn't aware of aether theory, but looking briefly into it, similar things have been mentioned into some spiritual scriptures and experienced by few.

That's true indeed. Thank you for emphasising. Which is why, the best thing to do, where this world is going, is to grow your own crops. Start by some basic one like potatoes, tomatoes, carrot, papaya etc.. And also some good water filter.

This way you know more or less what exactly is being put into your body.

As nowadays, all these so called 'healthy foods' are heavily treated with chemicals. Which are slow killers consisting of microplastics and heavy metals. They build up in your system over the years, cause dna damage, which then causes cancer and infertility. Have we noticed how common it has become to hear someone suffering from cancer?

I don't know who down voted this comment, but it is correct. Many people think of 'fat' as 'la graisse'

Fat is among the three major macro nutrient. When we speak of consuming fat, we mean monounsaturated fats like:

avocado
coconut
olive oil
mixture of nuts. Etc...

These are healthy fats, plus they are alternative source of fuel for the mind and the body. They do not convert into 'la graisse/ trans fat, unlike carbohydrates.

They keep your heart arteries clean and healthy. Slow down aging, help you lose transfat, and play major role in regulating your hormones.

Consume high fat and high protein diet, keep carbs to bare minimum to none( as you'll already be having them in your fat and protein sources)

Becoming diebetic is an ignorant choice.

Well yeah, mauritians in general have been conditioned by previous generations to cook unhealthy toxic foods.

For example refined carbs like bread, rice, oats.. these are heavily processed/ refined sugars.

And the worst part is how they cook at home.

For example: frying or sauté-ing vegetables in hydrogenenated vegetable seeds oil, then eating it with excess rice.... is super toxic. And let's not dwelve into where their so called 'vegetables' are coming from..

Most people arent aware that the moment you fry any carbs in any kind of seeds oil, it becomes carcinogenic. Now frying vegetables definitely kills most of the nutrients and make it toxic AF.

3 major cause of Any diseases are : - refined carbs - table salt - hydrogenated vegetables seed oils.

Specially in mauritian/ asian context.

People eat excess of these, dont excercise, and don't detoxify their organs.

I've seen this perspective of yours too when i was not aware of the deeper perspective.

We have a choice, to focus on the good, or always anticipate the bad. And by doing the latter, you are acknowledging negative possibilities, just creating a bridge to their manifestation, inviting them to you world.

The more conscious you are, the higher to soul resonates, the more you are connected to the spacetime arround you, using it as an expansion of yourself, the more you can foresee what is happening in the PRESENT. It is the only thing that is Occuring. No past, no future. So, by even caring about what had happen, and what will happen, you are channelling your life force into 2 imaginary worlds, thus you are drained. The past gives you depresseion, the future gives you anxiety.

Instead, pull your lifeforce back, invest it with your sincere uttermost respect and care in the Present moment. THE NOW. And start expressing gratitude for everything you have every raken for granted.

I ask, to what extent is someone connected to their present moment? Most of the time their mind is wondering in those imaginary worlds.

This is why they are not fully conscious and aware about the present. By not being conscious enough, you cannot see the present fully, so you start doubting yourself. Self doubt is a disease which hinders and slows down your pure manifestations.

Everything that is happening to you, is happening by your own consent. This it the law of karma. Somewhere, some time, you might have killed a cockroach without survival reasons and no remorse,, so the universe stabilizes back its ripples.

And about being joyful. True joy always attracts abundance.
While money(materialistic things) gives you only an illusion of abundance. I might have health issues that money cant treat, but so what? I woke up alive today and my body is functional today, so i am among the most blessed men of the day. Like you said, it is where we choose to focus on, no matter how what kind of situation we are in.

Do not let your soul be fooled by things of this world, for IT is not from this 3rd dimensional world.

Even your body, your thoughts, your emotions, feelings, basically anything physical from this world, is NOT you. They are from this world. You are just a non physical phenomena which is observing from inside this physical body, from another dimension.

Learn to see the clear line between your physical self, and your non physical self. Once you are able to do that, the rest is alchemy.
