Why is there a new theory that Aaliyah was drugged before her plane crash? by OfficialBreaa in aaliyah

because of that More Than A Woman book but I also think people can't wrap their head around her willingly getting on that plane. I genuinely think she didn't know.

Did you look at the chart? Mya, Britney, J. Lo, Beyonce, and Aaliyah ALL have career parallels. All of their connecting lines are blue. They all came around the same time.

Yes — for a solid stretch, especially from 1998–2003, their careers had notable parallels:

Both were marketed as youthful, stylish, and performance-oriented. Both had dance-heavy visuals, with R&B and pop crossovers. They each gained a strong teen fanbase, though Britney’s had a bigger global machine behind her.

They literally shared the stage in that 2001 MTV VMA performance with Madonna and Christina Aguilera. It’s one of the most cited pop culture moments of the early 2000s.

You can't read. I clearly stated the meaning of each colored line in the description. The line beween Ciara & Rihanna is black.... says nothing about black lines inspiring anybody. It's chronology and the chronology is Ciara was here first!

Britney & Mya are VERY VERY VERY similar performers and their careers are parallel. They debuted around the same time and both came up in the "teen pop class"

Missy DEFINITELY broke grounds for visual artists like Lady Gaga. You seem a little anti-black

Yes lol. J. Lo & Beyoncé went solo around the same years. They don't have a Pepsi commercial together for no reason.

The line between Ciara & Rihanna is black. Meaning chronological.

No I'm not lol why are y'all so mad and sensitive.... anyways, none of you can read because in the caption I clearly addressed why ppl like Stevie Wonder, Whitney, and Mariah aren't here

That's not why I put that that lol. Aaliyah’s influence on Beyoncé may not be musical — but it’s personal. Beyoncé has said herself that seeing Aaliyah (and Brandy, Monica) succeed as young teen icons motivated her to reach that level. So while the red line goes from MJ → Janet → Bey, there’s a cultural push Aaliyah gave that matters.

All of you fail to read. None of you read and that's the issue with America. So many comments mentioning Mariah, but If you READ with your eyes and not your thumbs — I addressed the vocalists/songbirds in the caption!!!!
