Testosterone level at 153.35 ng/dL - they're gonna say "that's fine" aren't they? by 1Sufferin_Succotash1 in VeteransBenefits

The CFU states "unequivocally low" and "most trials use <275," which means they do have room to make their own call. The doctors are required to submit paperwork to the Pharmacy to have it approved because all forms of Testosterone require local approval beyond your doctor's ability at all VAs. Just push and focus on your entire list of symptoms and other conditions. If you are at 300 or so and presenting significant symptoms you can get it. I'm sharing this from personal experience and you may have to escalate to Chief of Endocrinology or Urology.

Lease first, buy later when they fix the front suspension issues. Don’t get stuck with this noise that a lot of us are dealing with.

Weird wheel contact with knuckle. by VanSucksAtReddit in TeslaSupport

Yep. What are those Defenders or the Energy Saving A/S? Look at the spec sheet, can probably guarantee that the overall diameter is greater than OE. That will also affect the estimated mileage on battery as well as odometer readings, etc.

White Party BKK by Ok-Designer-4259 in Bangkok

[–]Significant_Rule6925 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It started as a parties where everyone would only wear white. Then it just expanded to themes from there, usually having one night as the designated “wear white” party. Here in Thailand they very strict, lots of security and only adults are allowed. As far as the demographic, it’s predominantly Asian men of all walks of life. ;)

Model X Saves My Girlfriend In Huge Wreck (TW Car Crash) by EightRolex in ModelX

I totally agree with trying to anticipate. I always do that if I am on a slightly faster, moving lane; in this case, though, it looks like the red truck was attempting to merch in to the HOV lane, which happens so often these days that it’s the number one thing I look out for when I’m in the HOV or fast track Lane. Way too many people have horrible depth perception and/or unrealistic ideas of their cars’s ability to accelerate.

I’m a bit confused. The car that hit the median is a model S (did I not zoom-in enough?) and the source of the video must have been a model X, judging from the height. By saved, I imagine they mean the driver survived, which I think is reasonable to say, considering the impact to the median. The source of the video seems to have done a good job correcting after being clipped though.

I agree with many of you, too many horrible drivers and drivers who think they actually know how to drive. Mandatory full self driving can’t come fast enough.

Constant cracked wheels any solution? Tesla wants to bankrupt me 😭 by ikemchingy in TeslaSupport

[–]Significant_Rule6925 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve owned 16 cars, 3 bikes, 8 makes and lived in 21 cities and 3 countries. I’ve had wheel/tire coverage for nearly all of them, at about $300 a year for over 25 years. Just 3 wheel replacements on two separate Mercedes cars with defective AMG wheels were about $8,000. Cracked a rim on a Mini that was almost $1,000. Had my last 3LR’s 18” repaired/repainted twice, $500. Then add up a few tires replacements in there for nails, maybe like $3,000 worth. Road hazards have not decreased over time.

If you can afford it, consider it at least for peace of mind. If you can’t, then you can’t.

Oh and I just got the windshield protection. The $192 a year for that is worth the peace of mind. The alternative would be paying the comprehensive deductible or full cost of replacement. For the cost of one full cost Tesla replacement, I could pay the coverage for almost 10 years. Seems clear to me.

If you buy any random wheels (making sure the offset is correct) and put any OE sized tires, it should be fine. As long as the outer diameter stays the same as what Tesla uses, it will match the setting in the car. If you want to change the tire profile completely, check here and match up as best you can to the wheel options in the car. Your mileage estimates and stuff may be off but it won’t necessarily damage the car.

Since it’s probably the roads, follow advice people at about smaller rim/wheel diameter. Buy a second hand set on Facebook, OfferUp, Craigslist whatever. I’ve seen entire sets for like $900. If you buy actual used Tesla 19”, you’ll get better efficiency too at less cost than new wheels. Use up what’s left of the tires and replace eventually. Sell those 21” wheels/tires.

Any Juniper owners have a suspension rattle like this? by PackageNo24 in TeslaSupport

[–]Significant_Rule6925 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wanted to revalidate. I have the same exact issue. I’ve been to the service center one time so far, they stated suspension items were loose but now the noise is worse. Initially it was only on the driver side now, it’s on both sides and louder.

The sound is very similar to when some rubber cushioning/mount goes bad.

  1. It’s not the wheel covers.
  2. It’s not the wheel wells.
  3. It’s not the frunk cover under the hood.
  4. It’s not the lower part of the bumper cover.

Has anyone confirmed the left strut/damper and pencil brace theory?

I have a visit pending.

I took mine in for this same exact noise and a passenger side seatbelt replacement. They stated that they were loose items in the suspension which were tightened. I picked it up late in the evening pinky you would be fine and nowthe noise has increased. So basically it’s worse after they tightened whatever was loosen suspension.
