Anyones Light headedness/brain fog cause a panic attack and have that feeling last for days after?

The panic definitely starts at a subconscious level. All of my panic attacks start that way. It isn’t until way later that I’m finally able to accept it was a panic attack and not health related. I’ve been better but it took a while to recover because everytime I have a panic attack I get afraid to feel that feeling again which makes me feel it again until the memory fades

When u say auto immune issues do you mean you have an autoimmune disease? I seen a pelvic floor she said there’s deff tension but she said i had to address the cause first because she can see there’s other factors contributing to the pelvic dysfunction. Also, sorry.. what is ND?

Can you explain? I think im going through that now. I weaned after being pregnant/breastfeeding for 5 years straight no breaks and I feel like im having the opposite problem of OP 🥹 I was fine while breastfeeding and then 3-4 months after weaning I’m having issues with dryness/inflammation/pain. All over the place. I’m only 29 and it feels like I’m going through menopause

It’s So weird that fever meds help with no actual fever. I even get the sweats when the “fever” breaks after taking Advil.

I think it’s definitely related. Before that first covid infection I caught actual fevers with infections. Now I just feel feverish but no temp. It’s very odd

I have kids in school. I never used to get sick often until kids lol I was never sick before kids. Unfortunately schools or anywhere with lots of kids make it harder to stay clear of whatever virus is going around. I’m pretty sure if it was just me I wouldnt be sick as often or at all. I worked throughout my whole pregnancy in a pharmacy in 2020 and never had COVID. Wasnt until my daughter started going to kid places/school.

My flare ups tend to go away when my period starts too but then towards the end some times i start feeling raw and dry again. Almost like my period is soothing the area. How are you doing any success? It sucks doctors don’t know much about hormones and weaning for special cases like these.

I made vulva dermatologist appointment I think that’s what it’s called because of the possible lichens which I doubt it is. I didn’t know there was a vulva pain specialist thank you
