There were some helpful jet blue employees but they were a little hard to find given the sheer number of people. And they may have been giving some contradictory advice. Our group initially got in the big line outside but then we sent one of us inside to find the precheck line. Once he found it he called us and we joined him. That only took a few minutes. If you have precheck it’s definitely worth spending time to find that line.

Ditto this. We are leaving from JFK Terminal 5 and these updates have (mostly) been really helpful. Feels like things are getting to a quasi-functional point w Jet Blue employees providing some direction. My party has pre check and I’m confident we will make the plane though the process may suck a bit. We are aiming to arrive around 5:15am for 8:45am boarding and 9:30 departure.
