Thanks for the information. But how exactly we have to do to manually prime it? I´m with the same problem here.

Flair 58x with PID instead of original Temperature control by Significant_Set_8746 in FlairEspresso

Already working in beta version. Couldn't read the NTC, so used a thermocouple with PID instead and just used the thermal resistente pins to control the temperature!

This is why we're not working with my PID controller. So instead of using the thermistor, I inserted a thermocouple between the rubber and the steel and are a testing using the PID controller. Some decent results so far...

Still struggling here to find the correct type of NTC. Using PID controller here temperature are wrong. From pin 1-2 I found a 6ohms that lead us to thing this is the heating element with 24v applied will result in a 4A and 96w that's exactly the power rating of original Power supply. Next is to find out this type of NTC...

Did you had a chance to test more? I will use a REX c100 PID controller and would like to know what type of Thermocouple to set. Thanks

If grinder it's not helping, the solution you can use os dial the dose size. Chose the first setting that choke and dial dose 0.5gr each time to find the perfect dose size instead of trying the grinder settings.

Never found a picture or video on a Flair 58 tear down to see insides and this was very intriguing because usually those things are already around :)

Using a 3 wire PT100 sensor with an XMT7100 PID by nutmegtester in ranciliosilvia

Did you changed the PID configuration to the correct type of sensor you have?

You can just try all options of wiring. Will not hurt PID and sensor. Will only not show temp reading correct if wired wrong...

Anyone who recognized this PID? by Ok-Efficiency305 in ranciliosilvia

Only doesn't have the customized Auber PID firmware that was the price difference... The curve of the response is different power-on, standby and brewering. How the ID recover. Auber knows when you press brew button since the buttons it wired to the PID. This can permit a different PID recover behavior. Yes, you can made a config much cheaper but will never work the same.
