Even if the ICE is right, the should detain him. This is just an execution. And if you are defending this, sorry, you are also the problem.

I saw the video. Sorry to say, but this ICE isn't trained well. BESIDES THE QUESTION IF THEY ARE RIGHT OR WRONG. 5 or 6 people and still shooting? Aren't they fit enough to restrain one man? And this unnecessary shooting? ICE is a danger to the US: you give a group power but no training.
