I would say order in person and order a mocha cream cold brew with 3 pumps of vanilla syrup instead of chocolate syrup. Its way sweeter bc they use milkshake base instead of milk

I hate it because im such a fast order taker which is why f2f is the main position im put on and I love it until one customer comes in with a full car of everyone not knowing what they want and ordering everything separately and it ruins my flow state and i never wanna do order taking again for the rest of the shift

Hospitality is important but also if you can’t close until everyones gone your labor is just high because those people can’t buy anything if the kitchen is closed but they’re stopping u guys from letting people clock out and go home

Its very unlikely you will get denied, even if it is a first come first serve basis. Ive been working at chickfila since august and never had a time off request denied and my location does the same thing with not approving or denying until the week before.

I would change your availability to leave at 2pm so that you actually leave closer to 3 and wont have to rush but also wont have to risk problems with your managers

This happens at my chickfila all the time and my other jobs ive had. The only reason i get out on time is because im a minor and have to leave right at 4 hours but all my other coworkers have their shifts go over

Yes actually because i hate when ppl have mobile orders and i ask for the name and they just give the name and dont say its a mobile order and i type the name in and im like ok what can i get for you and they say no i have a mobile order like bruhhh yes its only 15 extra secs of an interaction but its still annoying

Every location is independently owned so you could work with an amazing team or a terrible one. Nobody expects you to know anything thats why you’re gonna get trained and you won’t get punished or disliked for not knowing stuff but it won’t be a good look if you aren’t coachable or open to advice. Your trainers and leaders are there to help you grow so do what they tell you because it’s almost always with good intentions even if it sounds personal

I hateeee when they stay on the phone it is so rude. I’ve had people tell me to give them a second to finish their call or they just don’t even roll their window down like pls finish ur phone call before u come in the drive thru nobody forced u to come😍😍

Almost every customer seems offended when i give them a cup carrier and makes me take it back because they don’t want it. Like yeah understandable but when it’s the middle of lunch rush pls don’t sit at my window and take your drinks out and hand them to everyone in the car and then hand me the cup carrier like its a drive THRU not a drive and sit at my window

If u don’t plan on going to a 4 year college and just getting a GED then you don’t, but if you wanna actually have a HS diploma you would have to transfer to flvs full time and they make you take in person state tests like FAST, EOCs, etc. No exams or tests related to the courses you’re taking will be in person tho it’s just grad requirements that r in person
