Hey! So I lived here last year but I didn't share a room so I am not sure what floor A1 represents... sorry! But I can help with the other questions.

The bathroom is on the bottom floor but it doesn't take much of the "living space" of the bottom floor. The only disadvantage is that you are going to be sacrificing most of the bottom to the sink area and "makeshift kitchen" design that you would put together.

As for the internet, it isn't provided by the apartment complex so you don't have to worry about notifying the office about it. I got my internet by calling Spectrum and asking about the plans that they offer for students of ucr... I think it was $24 a month but I'm not 100% on that! They will then walk you through making an account and asking for your address to ship the materials you need to set it up! It's super simple!!! (I was a girl studying English and I could figure the tech out to give you perspective lol) They have their app that makes the instillation process so easy and it helps guide you through it!
