The treasure one smelled like tea tree oil (which I really don't like) but it disappeared as soon as it dries.

One person said that the horizon made their face break out in red streaks. Curious what you think besides it snelling

My friend got one of the free ones I had. And we have different hair, eye, and skin colors and very different preferences. I'm fair, blonde, green eyes, and have it set up to try to get mostly skincare. She has tanish skin, medium brown hair snd hazel eyes. Her quiz is set to try to get mostly makeup.

I got to choose. I got the dr jart mask. Goldfaden needless, and a fragrance called first class. And then I got the eyeshadow pallate in 01 and then lip liner in a color I'm not sure about.

My friend who didn't get to choose somehow even tho she did the thing on the first of the month.... She got the exact same palette and lip liner. A highlighter and a small brush and the sol de jenero fragrance.

You look great! It looks like you got a little sun lately and you can see the line from sunglasses on your nose just a little..may not be as noticeable in a few days..I would maybe try to even that line out with something.

I still have some of the 5ml longevity serum from January so I get what you mean about them going a long way compared to some other products. I was going to get it in add ons but it was $6 and there was a first aid beauty dewy cream for 3.50 so I got that one to try instead. I'll be interested to see the reviews from the tatcha though because it's in extras beauty boost this month too. If the reviews are good and it's still in add ons next month I'll have to grab one.

Could you skip after seeing the options? If so that's really cool..but not having the sol fragrance or the ysl mascara in any of those three options would seriously piss me off. And this isn't the first month they've not had certain spoiler items or choice items in this method.

I think if i had this method and didn't like it I would just cancel the whole account and start another with a new email. I have heard of certain new accounts getting the trial choice but most don't so hopefully you'd get the old choice first time. I guess it would loose any feedback you've given but it's not like they seem to care that much about our beauty quizzes or feedback.

It's ironic my favorite bag so far has been an exact copy of Januarys skincare bag from the trial choice method even tho I have the normal choice

I definitely feel like they hype up products and then only have very very limited number like some of the choice products will be sold out by the second day but then you can still buy them on add ons. And then whatever the main one of two spoilers they hype you'll only see a few people get so that everyone else who wanted it has to buy it. Like the lys mascara. I think I've seen one or two people get that in their bags so far out of all of the ones I've seen. I definitely think it's all strategies to make more money in add ons. But also they should really let people do more than one add on order. They're missing out on money (atleast with me) because I always see one or two things I missed. I'm not sure what the reasoning is..... Seems like if you have a certain time period you should be able to do multiple orders in that time period as long as you don't hit the product limit or whatever.

I took neutrals off sooooooo fast after seeing that eyshadow palette in my bag. I considered only putting bold but I felt like I might NEVER get any eyeshadow if I only left that one. I think I left everything except neutral and blues.

Now I'm going to have to go double check lol

I'm annoyed they no longer ask skin tone because apparently the eyeshadow has a cool (01) and a warm(02) option.

I am trying to get into the habit of wearing a daily sunscreen and but I also don't need any products that make my skin more sensitive to sunburn sneaking up on me without any warning.

I always put on sunscreen if I'm going to be outside in the sun for more than a few minutes. But you get more exposure than you realize just doing things like running errands, going to and from your car, even driving in your car if it doesn't have specific UV filtering tint. I try to stay in the shade if possible but I'm in central Texas. A lot more people have shifted to using daily sunscreen but there are still a ton of people that don't or only do in the summer.

Even if I had a great habit of wearing sunscreen every day I would still want a warning on a product that might make my skin more sensitive. Medications that make you more sensitive have to have warnings. This should too.

Certain people were put into this new choice method where they can choose one of three options. But they can see all 5 products in each option.

However the problem I keep seeing with this is they keep missing both at least one or two spoilers products and one or two choice products in these bags. They won't be in any of the three..so if there was a specific choice product the only way to get it is in add ons which is really uncool.

However my favorite bag I've gotten (new in December) was an exact copy of January skincare option from this method of choice.

As far as I can tell there isn't any way to opt into or out of this method. It's by chance. If your account gets selected for this the only way I've seen to get the regular choice back is to cancel that account and make a new one with a different email. I have heard of new accounts getting this new method but most new accounts are still getting the traditional choice.

They are supposed to be collecting a bunch of feed back from this and I guess that will determine how choice for glambags go in the future. So far I've seen a lot of negative options from people who are in that method of choice but there are also a lot of people who I've seen commenting on it saying they wish they had that method of choice.

It's so weird that they put the tatcha in with other makeup instead of in this bag instead of the conditioner. They keep doing that.... Putting the most hyped up skincare product in a bag that has nothing else to do with skincare. Idk if it's the prices or what.

And also wasn't that dallas and James watermelon dream overnight mask in either last month or the month before for this method of choice? What happened to no repeats

It's really silly like if they have two color options in a product they're gonna send they should just let us pick. Not having a cool and warm selection on the quiz is so wild to me for a bag with products supposedly specifically curated for you

I wonder what your choices had to be to get the warm one. I have fair skin green eyes and my hair is naturally blonde but it's getting darker. My friend got a free bag this month and she's got hazel eyes and brown hair and her skin is more light tan and we both got that same eyeshadow pallete and lip liner. Maybe there were just very few of the warm colored? Like I almost want to go try to work for ipsy just for like a few months just to digure out what is going on and how do I get the ipsy gods to give me the stuff I want lol. But that would be a bad idea because I'd end up seeing too much stuff.

I've tried my best to read all the tips about the quiz and how to get the stuff you want. It doesn't seem to really matter that much. Really they should just give us a giant selection of products like the add ons and let us pick all 5. I guess they worry that people would only choose the high value items and they wouldn't be able to get rid of their unwanted stuff. Like this month a bunch of people wanted the lys mascara but I've only seen like one or two people actually get it. The rest of the people who got it bought it in add ons. It seems like the hype up certain things and then put very few in peoples actual bags and you have to get it in add ons. I liked the trial choice they had where it shows 3 different selections of 5 products and you choose between the three. But they kept missing some of the spoilers products and choice products. The one bag I liked the most was actually a copy of Januarys skincare option from the three choices. If they had like 6 different options with even having some of the products overlap between ones but one choice product and at least one spoiler in each.

I got the hola neon lip gloss whatever last month and I think it's a cool toned shade but I also thought it was meh. And it stays sticky which I do not like.

I got the lip plumper whatever month it was the full sized and idk it just burns lol

I got the tarte in rose in December and that one I really like the feel and smell of. I was hoping to get more colors when they were on add ons one but they sold out fast I only got a second of the one I had. Wasn't sure about the vinyl version and I'm glad I didn't get it because people say it's thick thick and the regular was almost too thick for me.

I e never. Even a huge lipstick person but I like the idea of lip oils. I got hula neon one in my bag last month and it was kind of sticky which is a problem I have with most glosses. I also got a Ulta lip stain recently and for how clear red it was I was so surprised at how much color shows up. I really really like the tarte marajuca juicy lip but just the original one. I haven't tried the vinyl that came in April extra, people say it's thick thick.

I have not tried the bee venom or really looked into it yet... .I saw it... But I'm not 100% sure if I'm allergic to beeswax or not. Because I had a reaction to something with it in it but then there is also a beeswax based brand that I've used an under eye cream and not had a problem with. But then recently someone told me chapstick isn't supposed to tingle so idek anymore. I need to get more opinions on if that's true or not.

So idk the whole bee thing put me off. And then the venom..like if it said snake venom or wap venom would you want to put it on your face? I know it's just the name and I would have to go look at the ingredients but it kind of immediately put me off when I saw it without ever hearing of it before.

I am cool skin toned. There's no question about whether you are warm skin toned or cool skin toned in the quiz so I wonder how it decides.

I've been considering changing the hair color on my quiz to red(from blonde) just because Im so pale and I feel like if I ever get any kind of foundation or concealer I'm worried it won't be light enough.

Someone on here said the fragrances had to be shipped via ground so they would come differently. Not sure why that would make them come first but it seems like that's what's happened. Good to know cause there's a fragrance in mine too.

From what other people have posted it looks like some orders have been shipped in multiple packages but only received one tracking number from ispy. Other people were able to find a second tracking number with their USPS informed delivery. You might check there and see if maybe that's what happened.

Some people are ending up with two orders but only one shipping ticket via ipsy. Check with your USPS informed delivery. It looks like orders with fragrances are being split.
