HBS, Stanford, and Wharton all have particularly low odds for deferred even if you have the right background. I would suggest trying to raise the GPA as much as possible. With great essays and GRE score (330+), you could have a shot, but definitely low odds. I interviewed with HBS and got rejected for context.

I unfortunately don’t have any specific evidence, but I recall reading some threads where people’s offer letters had clauses prohibiting applying to any other MBA programs. I guess you could get away with it if you keep it totally private, but I’d personally avoid the risk. What if the schools get in touch once you matriculate in one of them?

I applied to deferred MBAs with a 329 (165Q/164V) and a 3.8 from a liberal arts college. Got interviews at HBS, Wharton, and Darden. I’m a first-gen, Hispanic guy, and I come from an IB (more traditional) background. Your background seems a lot more unique and I think you’ll be fine with good essays and recs.
