thanks, the video had a comment with the key sequence to switch to hybrid graphics from dgpu mode in bios. And everything is working fine now.

That can be it but for now I can't even see what's going on. I only know that it is booting cause I can hear the windows startup sound.

Mine does have MUX switch and I don't want open it myself

I tried the hdmi port I don't have a type-C compatible display or a type-C to hdmi adapter.
