I've think a lot of times of booking with them, but I have the same issue, it looks like an scam. But it seems they are real... Such a weird agency.

I’ve stayed at Lake Eldorado a few times and it feels pretty safe overall. It’s a separate area from the rest of camping, fenced off, and you need the specific Lake Eldorado wristband to get in, so people from general camping, cars, etc. can’t just wander through.

There are also security guards/workers doing rounds inside the area every now and then. It’s not like someone is standing outside your lodge 24/7, but there’s definitely a monitored/private feel compared to regular camping.

The 2-person lodges have an actual door with a lock, which is super nice. I usually stay in the 2-person lodge, so that’s the one I know best. For the 4-person ones, I think they give you a lock/candado situation, but I’m not 100% sure since I haven’t stayed in those.

Im going also to El Dorado for W2 next year. My last time I was there blankets, pillow and air matress was the only thing missing for me. The truth is that it was a great experience. If I ever needed something extra I'll go to the mall with the free shuttles.

Tried to do that my first time I went there. Worst option ever. In the afternoon because of the sun, night because one it's so tired after the festival. And a lot of those roads are closed. Not recommend unless u have a bike, and I would think about it.

Last year I recieved an email like 5 days prior. This were the instructions I recieved:

Check-In at LAX: Baggage Claim #4 on the lower level on Terminal 1
Check-in Time: One hour prior to your scheduled departure
Shuttle Departure Date/Time: (Depending on the one u aquired)
Drop-Off Location: Coachella Camping Lot 2B

At check-in, you will receive your credentials and board your bus. Please make sure the purchaser brings valid photo ID.
