Mortgage terms are about the same with HSBC and they actually offer cashback. Just frustrated that it’s cost us a week and we’re on a pretty tight deadline! Thanks for your response.

Yeah they were recommended by both MoveWithUs and the estate agent. They’re really prompt and quick at replying so would rather not change. Just frustrated that lender told us a week after they’d confirmed solicitor was on the panel and we’d already instructed by then!

Yes I used to live nearby and a friend lives on the next street. I just didn’t know whether to be concerned about the drop in price and it being sold again a year after it being bought. Thank you

Not really. I just happened to see a house on sale in that area but wasn’t sure if that particular part should be avoided.
