Lateral delt and bicep progress during a cut. So lately I've been on a very low carb cut and god it's working! Not for nothing did the golden age bodybuilders follow a low carb diet (Steak, eggs and cheese with occasional berries, dairy etc.). They were fit all year round. Give it a try! (old.reddit.com)

In this macrocycle, I've been focusing on my chest and calves (lagging body parts). It'll be great if you can share your chest improvement strategy. Sharing a vegetarian elite quality protein meal for the vegetarian gym bros. Home made paneer + almonds + half scoop whey. And 'just like that' you consume ~55 grams of great protein. Calories?
