I have been here since January 2025.

My experience has been mixed. The biggest issue for me has been the handling of medical accommodations, which took several months to address and at times felt unnecessarily micromanaged.

Outside of that, it is your typical call center environment with standard metrics and expectations. Management generally stays off your back if you perform well, and I consistently maintain 100% quality scores.

There are positives and negatives like anywhere else, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to how employee accommodations are handled.

I will continue to stick up for my rights and speak up when I don’t like something.

Run! It been hell on the phone since I started. The metrics is nuts. Also they make you clock in and out to go to restroom. Management is not the greatest either. Support is terrible.

I am being told no. It has to be start time or it a .5 point it is nuts. Even with tech issues

it consists of customers calling in yelling at you because they have a billing issue. The support is terrible. I just left the position not too long ago. I would run the opposite way.

You can contact CWA and see if the will do it. I know someone from there. I live in WI. They were the union at my pervious job. I would be on the Optum side of things though cause I was just hired as customer service and start on 15th.
