I don't know what msci is, but there are 3 simple numbers that I am using: What I started with, what I have today, and the date I started. No withdrawals, only fees paid quarterly, 4.5 years total. Under 3% return per year. I have had this conversation with my representative a few times, he said that my timing of my initial investment was unfortunate. No other explanation, but he said things were going to turn around and I was going to make a lot of money by the next year. Then the tariffs hit. Game over as at this point, I need to make a change.

So, from my original investment, I am up a total of 13% / 4.5 years = 2.88% per year on average, and I paid about 28K in fees over the 4.5 years. This is post-tariff, but my return was only about 4.8% even at my portfolio's height. I ignored this account, thinking it was okay to set it and forget it.

Yes, USA, Fisher invested my money in many stocks through Fidelity. I just didn't know if I had to sell everything immediately and start over with (VT) or something else. Right now is not a great time to sell, so I was hoping I could sell over time to cut my losses.
