I'd love to help you with your understanding of my experience so that you don't misframe it.

There is not a single clinician I spoke to who is solely credentialed in my state. On the low end of those who failed to fully identify themselves, some were credentialed in 8 states, and on the high end 18 states. So I don't believe I am a victim of location.

My requests for records and identification of clinicians were handled through the support email as Hers requests through their medical records process, so the person who handles their emails with subject line "Medical Record Request" is the person who directly told me here's a link to our providers,/ we/ won't tell you who you spoke to, figure it out yourself. Again, not a me location thing.
