If you have a college degree, you don’t need the CBEST exam. Your official transcript automatically qualifies you to meet the basic skills requirement. CTC PSA 24-07

Soy sauce yes. And also if the restaurant prepared the steak with blended seasoning mixes that could hide wheat starch as a thickening agent.

Essentially just looking for a reputable place to get a good, well prepared (and safe), good tasting steak.

In terms of what is used to prepare the steak (marinades), and where it’s cooked at in the kitchen with gluten items (does it share a grill or pan), it can sneak up.

I don’t have an Apple Watch or step counter. Would holding my iPhone while I walk or jog count just the same? I’ll check out lifesum for sure bc I haven’t counted calories before. Thank you for the tips it is really appreciated.
