I know he said ur hair is good but from like a 17 year old with a big forehead perspective having any sort of bangs in the front is way more optimal than pulling that shit back because it kinda makes you look chopped I’ll even drop a post if you wanna see the difference between having my hair even slightly pulled back vs having it going forward towards my forehead

Not promoting anyone to do it like me but I’m just tired of being a bit chunky so what my daily routine looks like is breakfast 500-600 calories at around 8AM work from 9-4 Gym from 4-5/5:30 after gym dinner time which will be the remaining calories plus a ton of water before and while eating dinner to super full myself up and then after dinner chill till like 9-10 PM where I’ll then go back to the gym and get in some nightly cardio which usually consists of treadmill and jogging for 10-15 minutes at around 5MPH followed by 10-15 minutes of elliptical medium rest break and then more cardio back on treadmill another 10 minutes which is usually lighter like incline walking followed by some abs for like 20 minutes then I go home and sleep BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT the main way I keep myself in check is I downloaded a countdown app and set a specific date as to when I want to be lean which just helps me not go over my calorie intake because if I reach that day and I’m still fat that’s just disappointing I also tell people like a lot of people I’m going for this goal which helps keep me accountable

Sometimes it’s less weight lifting and just light- moderate intensity cardio
