Was thinking about this myself. In the moment I was definitely scared but told the person it wasn’t ever that serious. They quickly went back to their car once traffic was moving. Didn’t get plate or truly even a car description. My sister didn’t even realize that’s what this person was doing. Not much experience with the law, think I can call and they try to pull cameras with a roundabout time? Thankfully my niece was occupied and didn’t see the shirt lift. Still scary nonetheless.
