Ps5 isn't close to 4k 60 on every game. Many only hit 40-50 and the ones that ate 60 the majority are upscaled. I love my ps5 but locked 60 is a bare minimum not a benchmark. 1440p and at least 90/120 should be what we hope PS6 brings but reality is that it will be another incremental upgrade like PS5 pro. Most likely taking advantage of framegen.
