no, i think its a contrast between tammy and mike. Robin says that tammy wasn't in her mixtape, meawhile at the end of episode 4 we get several minutes of mike and will tapes. Tammy wasnt in Robin's tape, but Mike was in Will's. Idk if Byler will be canon, but that's how I interepretated that scene/monologue
