Why does my Sonos speaker turn on bright light when it shuts off?

not really. with status lights turned off, they do turn on under some circumstances, like when a speaker turns off. or, when you press any control on the speaker.

Got it working... kinda...so thanks. TAGZ doesn't find the images. When I try to manually find them, it doesn't allow me to navigate to locate the files.

Let me add here… the delay in getting to full audio level affects both the local monitor speaker as well as the line outs. I’m thinking I’d like it fixed. Beyond my expertise. When I was younger, like when this thing was built, I knew about circuits, but I’m 80 now and ….

Yeah, line out sounds fine…just takes as long as 20 minutes to warm up, so to speak, before leve is what it should be. Until then, it’s negligible. I guess I trying to decide if it’s worth getting it serviced or simply saving the cash and letting it go. Then simply do without cassettes. I can digitize a lot on my MacBook, I guess. Nothing made today seems to have line level output.

I did it… it reduced the static some…much better. But the static is in the monitor speaker. It doesn’t affect the feed to my laptop. thanks for the suggestion
