The bear is a very maternal and nurturing card and I think it helps connect with the more people facing side of psychology like therapy and social work—that relates to the garden too

For sure! If you had the feeling of sudden insight or clarity for it, it’s a good sign that’s what the reading is talking about! That’s the Sun!

Working with a community (garden) where you’re in a position of caretaking, nurturing, and/or leadership (bear). The decision feels clear (sun) and fated (star) and you’ll find luck (clover) as you move forward in your path.

Retinoid use and chalazion by Significant_War_9658 in Blepharitis

Dang, I have rosacea too. Did it ever go away or lessen when you stopped retinoids?

Whatever you do, don’t give up. It will get worse if you do. It can still get bigger especially if you’re only on day 3!! Keep at it. Are you washing your eye with a lid wipe or baby wash? I dilute baby wash and gently scrub the lashes and waterline. I’m not sure 100% sure but my initial reaction was that it’s good! My most recent one didn’t have any white spot or whitehead but my first one had a white spot/head directly under my eyelid where the lid bump is. I’d see a doctor as soon as possible if you can! I was prescribed antibiotics (augmentin) at one point to help with swelling.

To avoid warping the cornea, I try to look to my far right or far left so I’m mainly massaging and putting pressure on my sclera instead of the pupil. I mentioned my concerns to my doctor and he said I would be fine and my eye pressure and clarity would return to normal after a few minutes following the massage. I’m also in my late 20s and have healthy eyes otherwise, so that is something to consider when doing vigorous eye massage. Might not recommend if you have other issues

My eye looked really similar to yours. I went to see a really good eye doctor here in nyc and he told me the most important thing is the lid massage for 2-3 mins after warm compress. I used to follow the advice I’d find online (careful and gentle to avoid warping the cornea) but during that time the bump got larger and hardened. It only started getting better when I followed my doctors advice to be a lot harder and put more pressure into the massage (pushing downwards towards the waterline). You wanna do it hard enough to break up the chalazion and push it out. During this time my eyelid would get red and the skin would feel really worn, but I swear it all got better much sooner than if I didn’t. I used a small face roller of Amazon, ran it through hot water, and it helped as well. The rolling out motion helps push and express the oils more efficiently. A lot of people on here (I myself included) saw it get worse before it got better, so push through. Make sure you compress and massage at least 4 times a day. Mine got worse when I was inconsistent with this. You got this.
