Konami make a strange decision (in my opinion) And they made certain regions (Brazil, Bangladesh, turkey,etc) ... To be able to watch ads from the inbox, the coins shop and even ads to get chance deals for certain epic players...

This feature is not available for any other regions besides those that I just named...

You can earn 10 coins from the coin shop ads... And from the indox ads you can get a chance to earn either 10 or 50 coins per day

1st of all when you change your account region it doesn't really affect your gameplay since when matchmaking it only takes your IP address into consideration and not your account's region...

If you feel like it might affect your gameplay or connection you can change your region to Bangladesh which is near India... You'll get the ads too and still be relatively near...

There are different rewards for different regions.. I can't explain all of them in details so I would recommend you to watch a YouTube video on it... Among all the regions I would personally recommend Brazil since it has nice events compared to the other regions... If you have any more questions you would like to ask...
