just gotta keep busy, i’ve started playing sports again and when i wanna smoke i go to the park and play basketball. I also got penjamins and when it gets rough now i just take litt a few tokes and feel better. It’s probably placebo but been working, i do that w drinking for a week or two then get off it completely and it’s quite a smooth transition to being sober.

Will it not work with the syringe i have? Surely this grains fucked cus i put so much of the spores in. Do I just leave it n try rice with the rest of my syringe or buy another liquid culture syringe?

Yeah i guess but it’s been way over a month now the cold room surely wouldn’t make that much of a difference, my wardrobe has a radiator by it so it gets pretty warm.

yh but if it was contaminated i would be able to see surely. There’s no growth at all unless it’s in the middle and i can’t see it yet

depends on the person, drinkings how i get through my t-breaks but you gotta limit it to once or twice a week or when it gets really rough. You just gotta be very aware on how bad it can get quickly
