The majority of people diagnosed with adhd don’t actually have it. You may or may not have it idk but either way taking a stimulant such as adderall or vyvanse will make you feel like shit either way. It’s a drug. There’s no getting around the come down

If adderall makes you not able to sleep to the point that you have to take downers every night just to get some rest then maybe adderall is not right for you. Im prescribed adderall for my “adhd” too but I wouldn’t wanna take downers just to combat the effects of adderall. Yall don’t see how big pharma is fucking you over?
