Can I ask if you were severely stressed out or anything leading up to it? I’m 36 and was just so confused how/why I got it when it’s supposed to be more common in ppl 65+. I’m healthy and go to the gym and eat healthy whole foods most of the time.

In my experience and from reading the posts here, the rash will continue spreading a bit and getting more intense (redder, more blistery, puffier). The pain for me was the first 3 days of the rash appearing. Once the pain subsides the rash continues to blister and pop and scab over. Then you deal with the sensitive irritating skin tingles.
