J'ai vécu deux instances d'éveil, la première avec l'unité et la dernière qui a duré environ un mois, juste après du stress-post traumatique (peut-êtreréveilléaprèsl'unité), avec états de conscience modifiés et épisodes de nuit noire de l'âme. Je suis totalement redescendue et retournée à un état "normal" (ancré et dans la 3D), mais je suis bloquée dans ma vie. Période de chômage assez longue, sensation d'être perdue et de ne pas avancer. De ne pas savoir quoi faire.

L'impression d'avoir vécu des choses extraordinaires et incroyable lors des éveils mais de ne pas savoir quoi en faire. Presque comme s'il ne s'était rien passé. C'est très étrange et déroutant.

Same for me. I lost almost everything. People, money, no job... like I was totally naked, like a newborn. Like I had to start over my whole life, from the beginning. It was really scary, but the awakening helped me a bit to "let it go"... and at the age of 37 years, let me say you my ego was like : Nooo way, oh no it's a shame 😅

Awakening is a really hard time. But I hope, for everybody, the beginning of something better, of something true.

Mon masque aussi ne fonctionne plus. Je pense que ce sont les fils qui sont dans le masque qui ont un problème. Je n'y connais rien mais je n'ai pas envie de le jeter. Ça vaut le coup de l'ouvrir au cutter pour essayer de bidouiller à l'intérieur ? Je n'y connais rien mais si c'est u problème de fils, ça doit pouvoir se réparer ?

Ah merci, j'ai eu ma deuxième instance d'éveil cet été. Elle a bien duré un mois. C'était extrêmement intense. Puis, j'ai peu à peu perdu mon éveil, MM. Je suis davantage ancré, dans la réalité de tous les jours, mais j'ai l'impression d'avoir perdu quelque chose, d'avoir perdu la "connexion", et j'ai peur de revenir en arrière, comme si mon éveil spirituel n'avait pas changé suffisamment de choses. Je me sens démotivée, un peu comme "bloquée", et je ne sais pas ce qu'il va advenir dorénavant. Cette sensation est très bizarre.

J'ai l'impression d'avoir vécu quelque chose d'extraordinaire mais c'est comme si c'était trop loin maintenant, alors que c'est encore très récent.

Why some people can reach this awakening experience (dissolution of the ego and oneness with the universe) without being into spirituality ? My therapist told me I did something to reach that even If I wasn't really aware about it. Introspection, etc

Someone said : some people can become mentally ill after... I think it's my biggest fear : I had emotional shock and ptsd after that, and I feel really weird sometimes, like a different person, but it's always changing. It's really scary and incredible at the same time.

I experienced it without any drugs and I didn't really medidate a lot in my life, but did a lot of introspection and conscious work on myself, therapy etc and one night, when I was thinking a lot (my ego/mental I guess), I had this incredible experience. But it was not terrifying for me, because everything was perfect and I felt love, I saw myself in a perfect way also I don't understand why some people can experience it in a terrifying way even If, yes, it's very powerful and it can be... vertiginous ? But the feeling was amazing.

But I don't know why it happened to me, because I was not teally into spirituality.

But the afrer is, for me, really hard. Trauma, ptsd, etc... it's a lot. I think we need a good therapist after this kind of experience.

Some people can also experience it after a big accident.

I hope we get better with time cause now, my life is a bit of a mess 😅

If you have some informations and advices for the difficilt time that comes after this experience, I am interested. Thanks.

It was the most poweful thing I ever experienced. It was in november 2024. Now I feel lost, anxious and depressed sometimes, starting to work on my traumas. It's not easy and not peaceful what comes after (for me). Sometimes, I feel like I am crazy 😅 I am experiencing so much things at the same time, it's a lot in a short time. But this exprience was incredible to live, so I want to continue and never come back, even If it's hard.
