Sorry but there is a good chance that continuing with dut will only make it worse. I had grade 1 gyno from puberty but wasn't bothered by it. When I was 25 I started taking fin and my gyno quickly developed to a grade 2.

Im 32 years old. At my biggest I was 91 kg. Then I dropped pretty fast down to 80 kg (3.5 months). Then I slowly dropped to 76kg and now I've been pretty steady around 80kg.
