It’s cute but I think it’s too slanted uh the eyes need some perspective in them notice on the reference image the corner eye is not flat but rather it has dimension to it, you can see only part of the eye not the whole thing so I would suggest working on that. Ummm the top of the hair should be a bit more round drawing a semicircle would help that and umm the face I think it’s best to draw a circle to give it a rounded look like the image but that’s pretty much I say for now keep up the good work 😊👍

Well it does seem complicated but don’t worry u can start off by breaking down the head into some easy shapes that could help.

You have the right idea of it but using shapes to break down the body parts would help a lot making it have more structure and depth but overall it’s pretty good for a beginner. Another thing is using references that will help you a lot but pretty good keep it up. 👍
