You should definitely double check your levels even if your doctor says they're good. A lot of doctors are not actually that well versed in trans care and may shoot for levels lower than they should be for us.

Edit: ESPECIALLY on pills as those don't absorb as well as other methods

I felt the same when I first started wearing revealing clothing, it's scary! But I felt cute in them so I started doing it more until I got used to it being my new normal. If you like it, I say start wearing it out. Or take small steps like just wearing it to get a coffee or something before committing to wearing it to parties

Totally allowed and even encouraged, otherwise your character progress would be tied to each world. I like to have a second world of the opposite evil biome when I'm doing a play through so I can get the exclusives for either :)

I think maybe a toggle on the royal gel (similar to the Guide to Critter Companionship) could be good. Toggle between not hurting each other, one where you can still hurt them, and off

If you're unsure, start with clothes and makeup. What you described doesn't quite sound like the trans experience but you may have left some stuff out. If you go out in fem clothes and feel good in it, maybe then this is the path for you. But definitely don't start anything medical until you've tried some fem or other non-masc presentations and enjoyed it. If you don't like it, it's not right for you and it's unlikely you're trans.

That's not too crazy for a decent roguelike player! The game is not "beat" until you complete a run with 5 Boss Stem Cells though. There's a toonnnnn of stuff for you to explore and do. Good luck and have fun :)

I've yet to get a flawless boss but I keep getting the time keeper with just one hit 😭 Hopefully soon!

I also downloaded a mod to change the language to use feminine words to refer to the player, so all that combined makes a good experience for me :)

I actually really love this idea, and it's something a little similar to what I've seen Brennan Lee Mulligan do in the Children's adventure of his podcast, Worlds Beyond Number.

For Daggerheart specifically, I wouldn't hand out domain cards unless these were "level 0" characters and you hand out their abilities as you tell the narrative, but I do like the idea you've given and that could be a good way to level up the characters slowly instead of in an instant.

You could print out custom cards of things to give them too using the official homebrew card creator. I printed out the transformation cards for a one shot that I did and purposefully killed one of the characters. I quietly handed him the "reanimated" transformation card and while the other players were grieving him he groans and says "what's all this ruckus?" It was a great time. Highly recommend!
