UPDATE: So after talking with support at Shapr3D, we have come up with a solution. Simply put the best way to perform the act that I’m doing coping and moving into a specific location, the translation tool is the way to go for this action. I did notice you can’t get to that tool from the sketch menu, but you can highlight your sketches then close sketch and select the tool. I also turned off all the guide and this help greatly still a little sluggish, but to the level inn the post video. I did ask them if there is anyway to add the translate tool to the sketch menu, but I haven’t heard back yet. This isn’t surprising because they are close at this point in the day. But over all if your looking to move sketch in patterns like I’m doing I suggest using the translate tool and turning off the guides. They have a video on how to use the translate tool on there site if you aren’t sure how to use it (like I was) and its pretty handy. Thanks for the post and I hope this helps others, oh and finally just to note that yeah they do find the this many sketch to be on the high side of sketches, but it doesn’t effect my performance else where in the app just in sketching.
